Lisbon Vista Heights is a project of Bay Vista, an affordable housing non-profit active in the San Diego community since 1966. Bay Vista provides safe, attractive affordable housing, supported additionally by family-centered financial, health and educational programs which create pathways from generational poverty to generational wealth.
HOME OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAM EDUCATION
Through Bay Vista’s Housing Ownership Opportunities Program Education (HOPE) financial education program, buyers of the Lisbon Vista Heights-LVH homes in Encanto who complete HOPE receive a small credit toward closing costs at the close of escrow.
